Formater vos références pour les séries Géoscience et Biologies (style auteur-date)

Tout article soumis aux Comptes Rendus doit être étayé par des sources scientifiques fiables. Un manuscrit qui ne comporterait aucune référence bibliographique sera rejeté sans évaluation.

Afin de nous permettre d'évaluer au mieux votre manuscrit et les sources primaires et secondaires qui le sous-tendent, nous vous remercions de bien vouloir nous fournir un maximum d'informations bibliographiques possible pour chaque référence. Ces informations nous serviront notamment à référencer convenablement votre article si nous décidons de le publier, conformément aux recommandations des bases de données et moteurs de recherche académiques internationaux.

L’ensemble des sources primaires et secondaires de votre article doit figurer dans une unique bibliographie finale (pas d’organisation en sous-ensembles).

Votre bibliographie doit se limiter aux références mentionnées au fil du texte : tout éventuel commentaire supplémentaire peut figurer dans votre manuscrit sous la forme de notes de bas de page ou de notes de fin, mais pas dans la bibliographie elle-même.

Consignes de présentation des références dans la bibliographie finale :

  • Classez vos références par ordre alphabétique du nom de famille du premier auteur, puis par ordre chronologique ;
  • Veillez à fournir le maximum d’informations bibliographiques possible : auteurs, titre de l’article, titre et numéro de la revue, date de publication, pagination, éditeur et ville d’édition pour les ouvrages, etc. ;
  • Dès que vous le pouvez, incluez les identifiants précis (DOI, handle, ARK…) des documents cités, ainsi que leurs URL (ces dernières accompagnées de la date à laquelle vous avez consulté la page) ;
  • Veillez à ce que toutes les références citées dans le texte (y compris dans les légendes des illustrations, graphiques et tableaux) soit présentes dans la bibliographie.

Si vous utilisez un logiciel de gestion bibliographique tel que Zotero, n’hésitez pas à soumettre votre bibliographie au format .bib ou .ris en même temps que votre article. Si vous rédigez en TeX, la fourniture de votre fichier .bib est obligatoire.

Merci de noter que vos références seront reformatées au moment de la préparation des épreuves, et qu'il est donc normal d'observer un décalage entre les exemples ci-dessous et l'apparence finale des bibliographies incluses dans nos articles (ex.: prénoms abrégés, mention et al., inclusion des DOI, usage du gras ou de l'italique, ordre des références, etc.).
