[Fluctuations de non-équilibre statiques et dynamiques]
Différentes notions de fluctuations existent selon la manière que l'on choisit de les mesurer. Nous discutons deux cas extrêmes (mesure continue versus temps longs entre les mesures) et nous montrons leur relations avec la production d'entropie et les taux d'échappement. Une explication simple du fait que l'entropie relative satisfait une équation d'Hamilton–Jacobi est ajoutée.
Various notions of fluctuations exist depending on the way one chooses to measure them. We discuss two extreme cases (continuous measurement versus long inter-measurement times) and we see their relation with entropy production and with escape rates. A simple explanation of why the relative entropy satisfies a Hamilton–Jacobi equation is added.
