Abstract
Résumé

Let K be a hypergroup with Haar measure. We relate Reiter's condition $(P_{2})$ to positive definite measures and associated representations, induced representations from a subgroup of K and convolution operators on $L_{2} (K)$ .

Soit K un hypergroupe qui possède une mesure invariante à gauche. Nous établissons la connexion entre la condition $(P_{2})$ de Reiter et les représentations associées aux mesures de type positif, représentations induites d'un sous-groupe de K et d'opérateurs de convolution sur $L_{2} (K)$ .
